Owen Blacker

Owen is a technologist at a consultancy working with the public sector and was a founding-trustee/director of mySociety for 17 years; he has also been on ORG’s advisory council since we founded it, was a trustee/director of ORG for 8 years and used to volunteer for Stand.org.uk and NO2ID back in the day. Having gained something apparently called “free time” after stepping down from those boards in 2019 and 2020, Owen hurried to fill it with work for the Wikimedia LGBT+ User Group having been a keen wikimedian since 2004. He also finally got round to making himself a website
