Ed Bridges

Ed is a civil liberties and peace activist based in Cardiff. He previously campaigned successfully with Liberty to challenge South Wales Police’s use of facial recognition technology, and he is also a former Council Member of the Peace Pledge Union, Britain’s oldest secular pacifist organisation.

Professionally, Ed has worked in a variety of policy and research roles, engaging with government and policymakers across all four UK nations. His research interests centre on the intersection of devolution, policy and public services.
