Ray Corrigan

Advisory Council

Ray Corrigan is a Senior Lecturer in Computing & Communications at the Open University. He has worked with the UK parliament, European Commission, the World Intellectual Property Organisation and civil society on technology policy, privacy, security, surveillance, education, intellectual property and digital rights.

He was an academic consultant on the BAFTA winning OU/BBC co-production, ‘The Virtual Revolution’, has written for a variety of publications including New Scientist, Wired and The Conversation and is the author of ‘Digital Decision Making: Back to the Future’ [Springer-Verlag, 2007].

He is currently working on a book on the evolution of mass surveillance through the 20th & 21st centuries. He writes occasional blogposts at https://b2fxxx.blogspot.com/ on law, the internet and society.
