Paul Bernal

Paul Bernal is a Associate Professor in Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Media Law at the University of East Anglia, and specialises in internet privacy and related rights – his book The Internet, Warts and All: Free Speech, Privacy and Truth was published by Cambridge University Press in 2018, and his short book ‘What Do We Know And What Should We Do About Internet Privacy’ was published by Sage in 2020.
