ISPs adopt new Ofcom code on speeds & usage caps

Out-Law reports that:
A Code of Practice to ensure that internet service providers (ISPs) offer greater clarity over customers’ broadband line speeds was published by Ofcom today … Signatories include BT Total Broadband, Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Tiscali and AOL Broadband.
