		<description>It's pretty rich for an MP to be criticising BSI for somehow failing to produce XML open standards, when for years BSI has been doing just that only to have these standards systematically ignored by government. Currently, the BSI committee responsible for XML-based standards (including ODF and OOXML) currently has *no* government representation, despite its best effort to secure some!</description>
