		<description>All the complaints about the NHS computer have been totally ignored.

I had a diagnosis at Edinburgh A&#38;E, nothing was entered onto either the scotish or English computer database, Only a photocopy of scribled shothand notes was mailed to my GP who didnt understand a single word of it, and refused to refer me for treatment.

		<description>This reminds me of Popper's criticism of, I believe, Historicism, in which the scope of any scheme is effectively unlimited. He would have been vindicated and appalled at this scheme which, though already heavily criticised to the point its users are opting out of it, is going ahead at incredible cost.</description>
